One evening, as my fiancé and I geared up for a marathon gaming session, I whipped up this hearty and easy-to-make treat that perfectly complements our gaming adventures. Whether you're diving into an intense gaming battle or settling in for a binge-watch of your favorite shows, these loaded fries are the perfect fuel to keep you going. But I’m sure that picture is enough to have you ready to go so lets get started making these irresistible Chili Cheese Fries!

Ingredients:

- Frozen rosemary fries

- Morning Star Farms Chorizo

- Worcestershire sauce

- Mexican seasoning blend

- Cherry Tomatoes

- Fresh cilantro

- Apple cider vinegar

- Pepper jack cheese

- Mexican blend cheese

- Gouda cheese

- Olive oil

- Fresh basil

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the frozen rosemary fries on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until they are golden brown and crispy, usually about 20-25 minutes.

2. While the fries are baking, prepare the chili. In a skillet over medium heat, crumble the Morning Star Farms Chorizo and cook until browned. Add a splash of Worcestershire sauce, Mexican seasoning blend, and chopped cilantro to the skillet. Let the flavors meld together as the chorizo cooks, stirring occasionally.

3. Once the chorizo is cooked through, add a splash of apple cider vinegar to the skillet. This adds a tangy kick to the chili and helps balance the flavors. I also like to add some cherry tomatoes for a bit of freshness.

4. Turn off the heat and sprinkle a generous amount of shredded pepper jack, Mexican blend, and Gouda cheese over the chorizo. Cover the skillet with a lid to allow the cheese to melt from the residual heat.

5. While the cheese is melting, check on your fries. If they need a bit more crispiness, drizzle them with olive oil and sprinkle some fresh basil over the top. Return them to the oven with the heat turned off for a few more minutes.

6. Once the cheese is melted and bubbly, remove the skillet from the heat. Carefully spoon the cheesy chorizo mixture over the crispy rosemary fries.

7. Garnish the chili cheese fries with additional fresh cilantro and basil for a burst of flavor. Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious blend of flavors and textures!

These chili cheese fries are perfect for game day snacks, weekend indulgences, or any time you're craving a comforting and satisfying meal. Bon appétit!
